Stage11 proudly presents De André, La Storia, a show about the musical journey of one of the most important and influential singer/songwriters in Italian music. One of the first artists to bring the Italian song towards modernity, Fabrizio de André changed the rules of songwriting by integrating history and intellect, the sacred and the profane, high and low cultures in popular song with unparalleled freedom of expression.

 

Thanks to a great performer and exclusive archive videos, this new production traces forty years of Fabrizio De André's artistic activity, narrating a historical era and its socio-political climate, the atmosphere of that period and a taste of the world of a visionary.
